ADDENDUM
This is an addendum to the Lease Agreement, known as LAG-12-002 dated Mav 14, 2012
between The City of Renton, Washington, a Washington municipal corporation ("landlord"), and
Communities in Schools of Renton, Washington Nonprofit corporation, ("tenant"). This
document modifies the Lease Agreement as described below.
This addendum is correcting the Suite designation in section 1 (b) "Building" and (c) -
"Premises" as stated below.
Designated Suite Number is to be: 515 located on the 5th Floor(removing 610, 6th Floor, which
was a clerical error)
