ADDENDUM NO. 2
RON REGIS PARK UTILITY CONNECTIONS

ADDENDUM TO THE DESIGN CONSULTANT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN STANTEC CONSULTING SERVICES, INC.
AND THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
This addendum is entered into between the City of Renton and Stantec Consulting
Services, Inc. amends and attaches to and is part of the existing agreement entered into
previously between the parties on August 17, 2015.
Amendment 1: V—Time of Be�inning and Completion:
Pursuant to V of this Agreement, entitled Time of Beginning and Completion, Consultant
and City agree as follows:
Exhibit B, Time Schedule of Completion is incorporated to the contract, with a date of
December 31, 2017 for the completion of all work.
Amendment 2: VIII—Extra Work:
Pursuant to VIII of this Agreement, entitled Extra Work, Consultant and City agree as
follows:
The total payment for Addendum No. 2 shall be on a Cost Plus Net Fee basis, with a not
to exceed (imit of Two Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($2000.00). The total amended
contract amount shall not exceed Fifty-Four Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Eight
Dollars ($54,228.00). The total reflects the following additional work:
• Additional Project Management per Task 200 of the Scope of Services through
the end of the contract.
• Additional Engineering Design per Task 202 of the Scope of Services
In all other respects, the Scope of Work; Design Criteria; Added Services; Reimbursable
Expenses; Insurance Requirements;Termination of Agreement; Successors and Assigns;
Non-Discrimination and Compliance with Federal, State and Local Laws; Arbitration; and
Hold Harmless; and exhibits to the agreement shall remain the same as agreed to in the
original agreement.
This agreement is entered into as of the day and year written below.
