SCOPE OF WORK We propose to drill and sample two hollow stem auger borings near the north and south ends of the proposed crossing. The borings will extend up to i5 feet below existing site grades and will be locaked as close to the crossing as feasible based on underground and overhead utility locations in the area. At least one drawdown (pumping) test will be performed in one of the borings to determine groundwater recharge rates. A standpipe piezometer will be installed in the other boring. The explorations wil]be logged in the field and subsurf'ace samples will be collected and transported to our office for further examination. At this time, laboratory testing is not anticipated.
