ADDENDUM TO CAG-15-173, CONTRACT AGREEMENT

CITY OF RENTON AND FORTERRA, NW
ADDENDUM#1- 16
This amendment is entered into between the City of Renton and Forterra, NW("the Parties"). By
this written amendment,the Parties mutually agree to amend the original and existing Contract
Agreement ("Agreement") entered into by the Parties on August 13, 2015 (Reference: CAG #15-
173).
Amendment 1: Article 4,Term of Contract:
Pursuant to Article 4, Term of Contract, of the Agreement, "The term of this AGREEMENT shall
be from the date of signing by RENTON through December 31, 2016. This AGREEMENT may be 'I
extended for additional periods of time only with the Parties prior mutual written consent." The
following change shall become effective upon signing this Addendum:
• Extend the Agreement for an additional period of time through December 31, 2018.
All other provisions of the August 13,2015 Agreement shall remain the same and in full force and
effect.
This Agreement is entered into as of the day and year written below.
