SUMMARY OF PROPOSED CHANGE:
Planting 7ime Extension No Cost
Final planting for the project was not completed in 2016. The final planting includes adding additional plants
on the slope adjacent to the downslope pipe, replacing dead or damaged vegetation including trees,and grass
seeding and hydroseeding. This time extension also includes any final cleanup needed, and completing and
submittal all final construction submittals needed to the City.
This Change Order extends the time for the fina) planting to between March 15 and Apri) 15, 2017 when
weather is favorable for seeding and planting. Final submittals and project information will be 5ubmitted prior
to April 15, 2017. The contractor shall complete all final planting,cleanup,and any remaining construction
submittals needed for the project by no later than April 15, 2017.
There are no additional costs for this change order.
