ADDENDUM NO. 1
ENGINEERING CONSULTANT AGREEMENT
FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
for
Existing Force Main Condition Assessment and Lift Station Evaluation Process

This Addendum is dated this � , day of V'T by and between the City of Renton,
hereinafter called the "City," and Carollo Engi eers, Inc., whose address is, 1218 Third Ave., Ste.
1600, Seattle WA 98101, hereinafter called the "Consultant."
WITNESSETH THAT:
WHEREAS, the City engaged the services of the Consultant under Engineering Consultant Agreement
CAG-14-009, dated January 27, 2014,to provide engineering services necessary for the Existing Force
Main Condition Assessment And Lift Station Evaluation Process; and
WHEREAS, due to the parties mutual decision to focus resources on other priority projects, the Work
has not been completed as originally scheduled and the City and consultant have determined that
additional time is needed to complete the Work for the Existing Force Main Condition Assessment
And Lift Station Evaluation Process;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed upon that the Parties' Engineering Consultant Agreement
CAG-14-009, dated January 27, 2014, is amended to extend the time of performance for all remaining
tasks to be completed by no later than January 31, 2017.
All other provisions of Consultant Agreement CAG-14-009, dated January 27, 2014, shall apply to this
addendum and remain in full force and effect.
EXECUTION
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the parties have exec�ted this Addendum No. 1 to ENGINEERING
CONSULTANT AGREEMENT CAG-14-009 as of the last date signed below.
