AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT
(City of Renton to Rainier Flight Services, LLC)
THIS AMENDMENT to Lease Agreement LAG 11-003 is effective as of July 1,
2014.
RECITALS:
WHEREAS, Rainier Flight Service LLC has a Lease Agreement with the City of
Renton, LAG 11-003, executed on April 1, 2011; and
WHEREAS, Landlord and Tenant are negotiating a new lease on a different
parcel on the airport, and in contemplation of successful negotiations of that lease, the
parties acknowledge that there will need to be changes to Tenant's current lease area;
and
WHEREAS, Tenant desires to terminate the ground lease area (as shown in Exhibit B,
Lease Map and Legal Description of Lease LAG 11-003) consisting of 12,000 square feet;
and
WHEREAS, Landlord is willing to amend the Lease to reflect the elimination of
the ground lease area (as shown in Exhibit B, Lease Map and Legal Description of Lease
LAG 11-003) consisting of 12,000 square feet.
NOW,THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED AND COVENANTED BY AND BETWEEN THE
CITY OF RENTON AND RAINIER FLIGHT SERVICES LLC AS FOLLOWS:
WITNESSETH:
1. The Landlord and Tenant do hereby agree to amend Exhibit B, Lease Map and Legal
Description of Lease LAG 11-003 to eliminate the subject ground lease area in its
entirety, effective July 1, 2014.

2. The Landlord and Tenant do hereby agree to amend section 4.a. of LAG 11-003 to
reflect a new annual rental amount of$17,028.48.
3. All other terms and conditions of the original Lease Agreement and Amendments
thereto, insofar as they are not inconsistent herewith, shall remain in full force and
effect.
