TRIPLE NET LEASE ADDENDUM NO. 1
Reference is hereby made to that certain TRIPLE NET LEASE dated January 1, 2009 by
and between WARREN, BARBER, DEAN & FONTES BUILDING PARTNERSHIP, a Washington
Partnership (hereinafter"Lessor") and the CITY OF RENTON, a Washington municipality
(hereinafter "Lessee"), which said lease provides for the option to renew for a one (1) year
period.
The duration of this TRIPLE NET LEASE, set forth in Article 2. Term, of the lease
agreement dated January 1, 2009, is hereby modified as follows:
1. The parties hereby agree and covenant that commencing on January 1, 2012;the
one (1) year term option will be exercised, extending the termination of the lease to December
31, 2012.
2. The parties hereby agree and covenant that commencing January 1, 2012, the
rental for the premises shall remain in the amount of$7,500.00 a month for the calendar year
of 2012.
3. All other terms, conditions and provisions of that certain TRIPLE NET LEASE
hereinabove referred to shall remain in full force and effect.
