ADDENDUM #03-14
This addendum ("Addendum #03-14") to LAG-06-001 is agreed to on this /8day of

ber-4843 ("Effective Date"), by and between the City of Renton, a noncharter code city
under RCW 35A, and a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Washington
("Renton"), and Renton Housing Authority, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State
of Washington ("Tenant"). Renton and Tenant are collectively referred to as the "Parties". The
Parties mutually agree to amend their Lease Agreement for the purpose of extending the lease
for an additional three (3) years.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual terms and covenants previously
exchanged and to be exchanged in the future, the Parties agree to the following amendment,
with all the remaining terms of the Agreement remaining in full force and effect:
SECTION 1. Section 1.5, entitled Term, shall be amended as follows:
The Parties mutually agree to extend this lease an additional three (3) years,
ending December 31, 2015. After the extended term of this Lease, the Lease
may be renegotiated between the Parties for an additional term, if Tenant is not
in breach of the Lease, and at the mutual agreement of the Parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties agree that this addendum, once executed, takes
effect on the Effective Date noted above.
