SECOND AMENDMENT TO LAG-06-012
WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES SITE
LEASE AGREEMENT
This SECOND AMENDMENT TO WIRELESS COMMUNICATION FACILITIES SITE LEASE
AGREEMENT ("Second Amendment") is effective this edayof e , 201 (the "Effective
Date"), and is intended to modify the Wireless Communications Facilities Site Lease Agreement
dated April 5, 2006, ("Lease") between the City of Renton, a noncharter code city under RCW
35A, and a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Washington ("Renton",
"Owner" or "Landlord"), and Clear Wireless LLC, successor in interest to Clearwire US LLC, a
Nevada limited liability company ("Clearwire" or Tenant"). Renton and Clearwire are at times
collectively referred to as "Parties".
For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which the Parties
acknowledge, the Landlord and Tenant agree as follows:
1. Exhibit D of the Lease is deleted in its entirety and replaced by the amendment to
Exhibit D to the Premises, consisting of Site Equipment located at the Premises, which is
attached and is fully incorporated by reference as a part of this Second Amendment and
the Lease.
2. Landlord grants Tenant the right to attach (1) additional microwave dish, as specified in
the amended Exhibit D,to the Premises, all in accordance with the terms and conditions
of the Lease. Effective upon the installation of the microwave dish, the rent for the
Tenant's use of the Premises shall be increased by three hundred dollars ($300.00) for
each month and shall continue for so long as the additional equipment remains on the
Communications Facility.
3. Unless otherwise provided in this Second Amendment or the prior amendment, all
defined terms shall have the same meaning as provided for in the original Lease.

4. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms of this Second
Amendment and the Lease, the terms of this Second Amendment shall govern control.
5. Except as otherwise provided for in this Second Amendment, the Lease shall remain in
full force and effect in accordance with the terms of the original Lease.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, the Parties agree that this Second Amendment is effective and
entered into as of the Effective Date listed above.

EXHIBIT"D"ADDENDUM
To the Lease dated July 12, 2006 by and between the City of Renton ("Lessor" or "Owner") and
Clear Wireless LLC, successor in interest between Clearwire US LLC ("Lessee" of"Tenant")
1. Lessee to install 7' x 7' concrete pad at grade, location shown of final construction
drawings.
2. Lessee to install site support equipment of concrete pad.
3. Lessee to install (2) GPS antenna Trimble Acutime 2000, 6" x 5" 12.8 oz at equipment
box at concrete pad.
4. Lessee to install (5) antenna mounts located at 110" level of water tank, at rail:
5. Lessee will install on RH2 approved antenna mounts:
Five (5) Kathrein Panel Antennas approximately 42" x 12.7' x 2.8",
Five (5) Huawei RRU units, approximately 18.9" x 14" x 4.7",
One (1) Andrew VHLP1-23 12' microwave antenna,
Two (2) Andrew PX2F-52 24" microwave antennas,
One (1) Andrew VHLP2-23 24" microwave antenna, and
One (1) Andrew VHLP2.5-18 30" microwave antenna
6. Lessee to install fifteen (15) lines of 5/16" coaxial cable.
7. Lessee to install five (5) lines of%2" coaxial cable.
8. Lease to paint antennas and equipment to match
9. Lessee to install utility board with meter.
10. Final construction drawings may replace this exhibit once approved by Renton's
engineers.
