SECOND AMENDMENT TO WIRELESS COMMUNICATION FACILITIES SITE LEASE
AGREEMENT
This SECOND AMENDMENT TO WIRELESS COMMUNICATION FACILITIES SITE
LEASE AGREEMENT("Second Amendment") is effective this 3 day of 20 /0 ,and
is intended to modify that certain Wireless Communication Facilities Site Lease reement dated July 12,
2006, ("Lease")between the City of Renton, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington("Owner"
or"Landlord"),and Clearwire US LLC,a Nevada limited liability company("Clearwire"or"Tenant").
For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged,the Landlord and Tenant agree as follows:
1. Exhibit "D" of the Lease and First Amendment is deleted in its entirety and replaced by the Amended
Exhibit "D", consisting of Site Equipment located at the Premises, which is attached and made a part
hereof.
2. Landlord hereby grants Tenant the right to attach one (1) additional 24-inch microwave dish antenna
and (1) additional panel antenna, specified in the Amended Exhibit "D," to the Premises, all in
accordance with the terms and conditions of the Lease. Effective upon installation of the new
microwave dish antennas, the rent for the Tenant's use of the Premises shall be increased by Three
Hundred Dollars per month ($300.00) and shall continue for so long as the additional equipment
remains on the Communications Facility.
3. Unless otherwise provided herein, all defined terms shall have the same meaning as ascribed to such
terms in the Lease.
4. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms of this Second Amendment and the
Lease or First Amendment,the terms of this Second Amendment shall govern and control.
5. Except as otherwise provided for in this Second Amendment, the Lease shall remain in full force and
effect in accordance with the original terms of the Lease.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Second Amendment is effective and entered into as of the date
first written above.

EXHIBIT D
To the Lease dated July 12, 2006 by and between the City of Renton("Lessor"or"Owner")and
Clearwire US LLC ("Lessee"or"Tenant").
1. Lessee to install 7' x 7' Concrete Pad at grade; location shown on final construction
drawings.
2. Lessee to install site support cabinet on Concrete Pad.
3. Lessee to install (2)GPS antenna Trimble Acutime 2000, 6"x 5" 12.8oz at equipment
box on Concrete Pad.
4. Lessee to install five(5)antenna mounts located 115' level of Water tank, at rail.
5. Lessee will install on CHM2Hi11 approved antenna mounts:
Four(4)Kathrein Panel Antennas approximately 42 x 12.7 x 2.8
Four(4)Huawei RRU units, approximately 18.9 x 14 x 4.7
Two(2)Andrew VHLP1-23 12"microwave antennas
Two(2)Andrew VHLP2-18 24"microwave antennas
One(1)Andrew VHLP2-180 24"microwave antenna
Two(2)Andrew PX2F-52 24"microwave antenna
6. Lessee to install nine(9) lines of 5/16"coax
7. Lessee to install six(6)lines of coax
8. Lessee to paint antennas and equipment to match
9. Lessee to install utility board with meter.
10. Final construction drawings may replace this Exhibit once approved by City's engineers.
