ADDENDUM NO. 1
ENGINEERING CONSULTANT AGREEMENT
FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
for
N 30th St / Burnett Ave N Storm System Project, CAG-14-041
This Addendum is made and entered into this 2 i , day of DL-.,2CI5 by and between the
City of Renton, hereinafter called the "City", and PACE Engineers, Inc. whose address is, 11255
Kirkland Way, Suite 300, Kirkland, WA 98033, hereinafter called the "Consultant".
WITNESSETH THAT:
WHEREAS, the City engaged the services of the consultant under Engineering Consultant Agreement
CAG-14-041, dated March 27, 2014,to provide engineering services necessary for the N 30th St/
Burnett Ave N Storm System Project; and
WHEREAS, the City and consultant have determined that additional time is needed to complete the
work for the N 30th St/Burnett Ave N Storm System Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Section V Time of Beginning and Completion of the Master
Agreement CAG-14-041, dated March 27, 2014, it is mutually agreed upon that Engineering
Consultant Agreement CAG-14-041, is amended to include a time extension as follows:
1. The Time of Completion (Section V of the Master Agreement CAG-14-041)for the above
referenced contract is extended until December 31, 2016.
All other provisions of Consultant Agreement CAG-14-041, dated March 27, 2014, shall apply to this
addendum.
EXECUTION
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Addendum No. 1 to ENGINEERING
CONSULTANT AGREEMENT CAG-14-041 as of the day and year first above written.
