ADDENDUM NO. 1
ENGINEERING CONSULTANT AGREEMENT
FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
for
Airport Master P[an Project, CAG-14-126
This Addendum is dated this 1st, day of Detember 2Qi6 and entered into by and between the City of
Renton, hereinaher called the"City", and Mead and Hunt,whose address is, 1616 East 15`h St,Tulsa,
OK,74320 hereinafter caUed the "Consultant".
WITNESSETH THAT:
WHEREAS,#he City engaged the services of the consuEtant under Engineering Consultant Agreement
CAG-14-12fi, dated September 16,2014,to pravide engineering services necessary for the Airport
Master Plan Project; and
WHEREAS,the City desires to complete the work associated with the Airport Master P�an P�oject,
and the City does not have sufficient quafi�ed engineering employees to perfarm the wo�k within a
reasona6le time; and
WHEREAS,the City and Consultant have determined that additional time is required tfl complete the
work items listed in Exhibit A 5cope of 5ervices under the original contract CAG-14-126,dated
September 16,2014;
NOW,THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed upon that Engineering Consultant Agreement CAG-14-126, is
amended as follows:
1. Tf�e Time of Completion (5ection V of the Master Agreement CAG-14-125)for the above
referenced contract is extended until February 28, 2018.
All other provisions of Consultant Agreement CAG-14-126 dated September 16,2014,shall apply to
this addendum and remain in full force and effect except to this extent modified by this Addendum.

CONSULTANT AGREEMENT CAG-14-126 as of the date(sy written below.
