Daily traffic volume is 16,000 vehicles. Description of Proposed Work Description of Proposed Work(Attach additional sheet(s)if necessary) This project includes a new traffic signal at S 7th St and Shattuck Ave S,near the South Renton Park&Ride, improving transit access and transit routing circulation around the Park&Ride. The project will benefit transit routes accessing the Park&Ride. The new traffic signal will be synchronized to the other existing traffic signals in the corridor and will include Transit Signal Priority(TSP).The project also includes reconfiguring a RT bus lane to increase radius for better transit access to the South Renton Park&Ride and reconstructing curb radii to be compliant to ADA standards.
