Reallocate funds from ROW to PE.Additional design work has been requested to address a crosswalk on the west leg, and
corresponding ADA requirements.
As the initial phase of design progressed,the designer has managed to configure the intersection design in such a way that no
property will be needed to be taken from individual property owners.
