AMENDMENT NO. 2
BANKING SERVICES AGREEMENT

This AMENDMENT is made and entered into this 1/4° day of

2 by and between the City of
Renton, hereinafter called the "City", and U.S. Bank, N.A. whose address is 1420 5th Avenue, PD-WA-
T13G Seattle, WA 98101, hereinafter called the "Bank".
WITNESSETH THAT:
WHEREAS, the City engaged the services of the Bank under Banking Services Agreement CAG-13-042
to provide Banking Services; and
WHEREAS, the City has chosen to extend the term of the agreement beyond the one year option
stated in the original agreement (CAG-13-042, Section 3.Term of Contract); and
WHEREAS, the Bank has agreed to extend the existing agreement beyond the one year option stated
in the original agreement CAG-13-042;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed upon that paragraph three (3) of the Banking Services
Agreement CAG-13-042 is amended to read as follows:
3. The Term of this Agreement shall continue through the year ending December 31, 2019.
EXECUTION
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this AMENDMENT No. 2 to BANKING SERVICES
AGREEMENT CAG-13-042 as of the day and year first above written.
