AMENDMENT NO. 1
BANKING SERVICES AGREEMENT
CAG-13-042
This AMENDMENT is made and entered Into this first day of April 2013 by and between the City of
Renton, hereinafter called the "City", and U.S. Bank, N.A.whose address is 1420 Sth Avenue, PD-WA-
T13G Seattle,WA 98101, hereinafter called the"Bank".
WITNESSETH THAT:
WHEREAS, the City engaged the services of the Bank under Banking Services Agreement CAG-13-042
to provide Banking Services; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to reflect its change of practice in delivering payroll data delivery to the
Bank;-and
WHEREAS,the Bank is capable of accepting this change in practice,the City and Bank have agreed to
modify the Scope of Services (Exhibit A) under the original contract CAG-13-042, executed on March
13,2013;
NOW, THEREFORE it is mutually agreed upon that the Banking Services Agreement CAG-13-042 is
amended as follows:
1. The Scope of Services(Exhibit A),Section 11(1)(2) of the Banking Services Agreement CAG-13-042 is
amended to state as follows:
The City will transmit payroll data to the institution via internet one business day prior to payday. Deposits must be
made into the employees' account by 8:00 a.m. on payday. Any deviation.from these time limits must be stated in
the Agreement. The Bank has advised the City of the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA)
recommendation that transmission be seat two days ahead In order to assure the_money will be In the recipient's
account on pay day;however,the Bank does allow for transmission by 8:30 p.m,one business day before payday.
All other provisions of Consultant Agreement CAG-13-042 dated March 13, 2013 shall apply to this
AMENDMENT.
EXECUTION
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this AMENDMENT No. 1 to BANKING SERVICES
AGREEMENT CAG-13-042 as of the day and year first above written.
