ADDENDUM TO CAG-13-093, COMMUNITY SERVICES and PUBLIC
WC?RKS FLOATING FISN TRAP AGREEMENT with WDFW
ADDENDUM#1-15
This amendment is entered into between the City of Rentan and the Washington Q�partment
af Fsh and Wiidlife. By this written amencfinent, the Parties mutuaily agree ta amend the
original and existing Community 5ervices and Public Works Fiaating Fish Trap Agreement
("Agreement")entered into by the Parties on May 2, 2013 (Reference:CAG#13-093}.
Amendment related ta Addendum 1-15
Arr�endment 1: Articfe 5,Term of A�reernent:
Term of WDFW Agreernent.The term of this Agreement shall begin an lanuary 1, 2013,
and end no later than Deeember 31, 2015. The Parties may, upon mutuai written
agreement, extend this Agreement.
New Term af WDFW Agreement. The term of this Agreement shali be extended and
shall begin on lanuary 1, 2016, and end no later than December 31, 2018.
Aii ather provisions of the May 2, 2013, Agreement shall remain the same and in full force and
effect.
This Agreement is entered into as of the day and year written below.
