AMENDMENT NUMBER�TO THE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN PUGET SOUND REFRIGERATON MECHANICAL AND
THE CITY OF RENTON,WASHINGTON I
This amendment is entered into between the City of Renton (City) and Puget Sound Refrigeration
Mechanical and amends and attaches to and is part of the existing Agreement entered into previously
between the parties on August 14, 2013, (Reference: CAG#13—161).
The parties agree to the following amendments: �

Item 3. Time of Performance:
The Time of Performance for the Agreement (CAG-13-161), shall be extended to cover
lulv 1St, 2016 throu�h June 30t" 2017.
Item 5. Contract Sum: ,
The amount of the contract $8.196.00 shall increase by $156.00 to refiect a consumer pricing �
index (CPI) change. The new contract total will be $9,145.44 which also includes Washington
State Sales Tax.
In all other respects,the Scope of Services, Changes in Scope of Services, Method of Payment, Prevailing �
Wages, Warranty, Independent Contractor, Discrimination Prohibited, Assignment and Subcontract, �
Record Keeping and Reporting, Hold Harmless, Termination, Renton Business License, Insurance and
Exhibits to Agreements of both parties shall remain the same as agreed to in the Puget Sound
Refrigeration Mechanical contract.
This Agreement is entered into as of the day and year written below.
