ADDENDUM TO THE DESIGN CONSULTANT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN BERGERABAM ENGINEERS, INC.
AND THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
This addendum is entered into between the City of Renton and BergerABAM Engineers,
Inc. amends and attaches to and is part of the existing agreement entered into
previously between the parties on October 24, 2013.
The parties agree to the following amendments:
Item 6.Time of Performance:
Extends the time of completion from 90 calendar days to 158 calendar days (January 23,
2014 to April 1, 2014).
In all other respects,the Scope of Work/Basic Services; City Responsibilities; Added
Services; Reimbursable Expenses; Insurance Requirements; Termination of Agreement;
Successors and Assigns; Non-Discrimination and Compliance with Federal, State and
Local Laws; Arbitration; and Hold Harmless; and exhibits to the agreement shall remain
the same as agreed to in the original agreement.
