ADDENDUM NO. 7
RIVERVIEW PARK— BRIDGE REPLACEMENT

ADDENDUM TO THE DESIGN CONSULTANT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN PND ENGINEERS, INC.
AND THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
This addendum is entered into between the City of Renton and PND Engineers, Inc.
amends and attaches to and is part of the existing agreement entered into previously
between the parties on December 27, 2013.
Amendment 2: Article 4. Comqensation:
Pursuant to section 4.4 of this Agreement, entitled Change Order, is amended as
follows:
The total payment for Addendum No. 7 shall be on a Time and Materials basis, with a
not to exceed limit of Twenty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Fifteen Dollars and Three
Cents ($29,815.03).The total amended contract amount shall not exceed Three
Hundred Forty-Six Thousand Seven Hundred Eleven Dollars and Twenty-three Cents
($346,711.23), including WSST. The total reflects the following additional work:
• Additional fabrication inspections by PND and their sub-consultant Otto Rosenau
and Associates
� Additional fees from Harbor Power for a change order
• Discussions and meeting regarding quality control issues by bridge fabricator
� Review of documentation from bridge fabricator
• Bridge lift inspection
• Post-bridge installation support and inspections
In all other respects, the Scope of Work/Basic Services; City Responsibilities; Added
Services; Reimbursable Expenses; Insurance Requirements;Termination of Agreement;
Successors and Assigns; Non-Discrimination and Compliance with Federal, State and
Local Laws; Arbitration; and Hold Harmless; and exhibits to the agreement shall remain
the same as agreed to in the original agreement.
This agreement is entered into as of the day and year written below.
