ADDENDUM TQ THE DESlGN CONSULTANT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN PND ENGtNEERS, INC.
AND THE CITY{�F RENTON,WASHINGTON
This addendum is entered into between the City of Renton and PND Engineers, Inc.
amends and attaches to and is part of the existing agreement entered into previously
between the parties on December 27, 2013.
Item 3,7ime of Performance:
�xtends the time of campletion fram December 31, 2015 to March 15, 2016.
In all other respects,the 5cope of Wark/Basic Services; City Responsibilities;Added
Services; Reimbursable Expenses; Insurance Requirements;Terminatian of Agreement;
Successors and Assigns; Non-Discrimination and Compliance with Federal, State and
Local Laws;Arbitration;and Hald Harmless;and exhibits to the agreement shall remain
the same as agreed to in the original agreement.
This agreement is entered into as of fihe day and year written below.
