Typically, the application for the lease is prepared by our client and we furnish the Record of Survey and the technical information. A. Because this survey crosses a commercial waterway,we will confirm with DNR the their specific definitions of Ordinary High Water Mark(remember Lake Washington is subject to raising and lowering by the US Army Corps of Engineers, which causes changes in the water level upstream in the Cedar River). The same applies to the Ordinary Low Water Line and potentially the Line of Navigability. B. We will tie the survey to two sectional corners and establish the abutting property lines. I believe we will need some title information beyond normal on-line research. So we are assuming the title information will be acquired by your client. We will need this to describe the uplands and to make sure we know were potential easement on or across the property lie. C. We will set 4 rebar/cap monuments in or close to the site establishing the lease boundaries. D. We will prepare a vicinity map according to the DNR specifications. E. We will prepare the Record of Survey and submit it with our computations for DNR approval. F. For your Right of Entry Permit to demolish the existing,we will prepare an 8.5x11 inch exhibit, showing the bridge and the waterway along with Latitude,Longitude,WSPC X& Y,and elevation. On the top of the page,we will set the title information, referencing the permit number 23-091608 and Signed Survey Stamp. G. We will record the Record of Survey in King County under your client's name. 13221 SE 26h Street,Suite A•Bellevue,WA 98005•Tel:(425)746-3200•Fax: (425)746-3342•www.apssm.com voss APS Survey&Mapping June 3,2014 Page 2 APS Survey&Mapping will prepare the Record of Survey Prepare the Demolition Permit Exhibit No.23-091608=$500 Boat with Ross Fathometer=$350 Control 4 hours x 2 person crew=$608 Bathymetric=4 hrs x 3 person crew=$812 Uplands Topography =4 hrs x 2 people crew=$608 Set 4 monuments for limits of the lease.2 hours x 2 person crew=$304 _Note reduction and AutoDESK Mapping = 16 hours PLS=$1,600 Recording Fee at King County is$138 +$5 for second sheet=$143 Total Lump Sum Cost$4,925 Assumptions 1.
