SUMMARY OF PROPOSED CHANGE:
Reason/Justification: Work was performed in schedule A that resulted in removing asphalt concrete pavement by cold planing to a depth of 4"and
installing Hot mix asphalt for pavement repair for the 4"patch.
Contract Change: Add items for for removing asphalt concrete pavement(by cold planing 4").Add item for HMA pavement repair for 4"patch.
Add new bid items to the schedule of prices(Schedule A).
