AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT

ORIGINAL CONTRACT DATE: March 25, 2017
This Amendment amends the above-referenced agreement (the "Agreement"). All
provisions of the Agreement that are not inconsistent with this Amendment shall remain in effect.
For valuable consideration and by mutual consent of the parties, the Agreement is
modified as follows:
1. The "Completion Date" in the Agreement's page one heading is hereby modified
to read "2/28/2019" (February 28, 2019).
2. Consultant agrees fo waive any protest it may have regarding this Amendment
and acknowledges and accepts that this Amendment constitutes final settlement of all claims of
any kind or nature arising #rom or connected with any work either covered or affected by this
Amendment. This Amendment, unless otherwise provided, does not relieve the Consultant from
strict compliance with any and all guarantee and warranty provisions of the Agreement.
3. Consultant accepts all terms and requirements of this Amendment by signing
below.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the Parties have voluntarily executed this Amendment which
will become effective on the last date written below.
