Addendum 1 —Timeline Extension
REVISED CONTRACT TERM
The purpose af this addendum is ta extend the term of the contract. The original term was to end
December 31, 2017. The revised term is now �ebruary 28, 2018. The purpase for the term
extension is to provide additional time for report presentations.
PAYMENT(section 4a in ari�;inal contract7
There will be no changes in the total compensation as agreed upon in Section 4A af the origina!
contract. Tatal compensation to Consultant for Work provided pursuant to this Agreement shall
not exceed $46,000, plus any applicable state and local sales taxes.
NO QTNER REVISIQNS
All provisions af the contrac#that are not inconsistent with this addendum shafi remain in
effect.
