The parties agree to the following.amendments:
Article F. Concessionaire's Obligations:
The interim"Off Season"change in breakfast service as described in Exhibit"A" shall be in effect
from.November 2011 through April '15, 2012. Both;parties, The City of Renton and Barajas
Arias, Inc. will review operations during the revised service schedule.to implement any agreed
upon adjustments. The City or City's representative will consider, should performance of revised
seasonal breakfast schedule be acceptable, and at the request of Barajas Arias, Inc., to extend
future use of the"Off Season"breakfast service schedule in future years.
In all other respects, the terms and conditions listed in the Lease and Concession Agreement and Exhibits
to Agreements of both parties shall remain the same as agreed to between the City of Renton and Barajas
Arias, Inc.,November 1, 2010.

SUBJECT: Requesting Interim Revised Breakfast Service
Dear Kelly,
Due to these difficult economic times and in an effort to reduce expenses in the interim,the owner,
Salvador Barajas, would like to request consideration of a revision to the lease between the city of
Renton and Barajas-Arias.
Barajas-Arias, Inc. d.b.a.- RiverRock Grill, request that during the months of mid-October through
mid-April that the opening hours remain the same and breakfast service be reduced to:
• Open at 6:30 a.m. Monday through Friday for continental breakfast including coffee
(see attached menu)
• Walk-up window and bar will have no change—open at 6:30am
• Saturday, Open at 6:30 am - normal full service Breakfast Menu.
• Sunday, Open at 6:30 am - normal pre-brunch breakfast, served 6:30am to gam,
followed with regular brunch available from 9:00 am to 2:OOpm
No change to Lunch service:
• Restaurant and bar open for full Lunch service at 11:OOam- seven days a week
No change to Dinner service:
• Full dinner service to begin at 4:OOpm-seven days a week
• All banquet events will continue to be scheduled with no interruptions
Should this request be approved we will then post these new changes on our website,
riverrockgrill.com, the golf course web page located on the City's website, and throughout the facility
at least 10 days in advance prior to change taking affect.
This would be based on a trial period, and evaluated at the end of the April 2012.
