See response to RFI #46. C.O. # 1-1 Page 1 of 1 J Q o Contract Change: For the pole in the NE corner pedestrian island (signal pole #2), the terminal cabinet shall be relocated to 90 degrees clockwise from the signal arm attachment point (norht side of pole) from the current location of the drilled holes (180 degree point). The mounting height of the bottom of the terminal can shall be 8 feet measured from the top of curb. The existing holes for the terminal cabinet shall be plugged and paitned to match the color of the pole. This work is to be performed on a lump sum basis including all material, labor, equipment and coordination to complete the work. One additional working day is requested. The unit price and amount include the prime Contractor's 12% markup.
