I would like to point out that we have already installed the conduit for the controller and service at the intersection of Park/Lake WA Blvd. With that being said, this change is a little more difficult as we will have to re- excavate the area and install the new conduit systems. This change will also require additional forming, placing concrete and supports for the additional foundation and pad portion. Our lump sum price including use taxes is set at $7,672.81 for the additional work associated with F -Line Rapid Ride Controller. I would request that four days be added to the contract to cover this additional work. This proposal is based solely on the usual cost elements such as labor, material, and normal markups and does not include any amount for changes in the sequence of work, delays, disruptions, rescheduling, extended overhead, acceleration and/or impact costs. We reserve the right to make claim for any and all of these related items of cost prior to any final settlement of this contract. We await your written direction to perform this work. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at your earliest convenience. Sincerely, Transportation Systems, Inc S" r aee Bryson Huie, P.E.
