I'm following up with request for an addendum extension to fhe existing service agreement.
Regarding the extension, we are willing to do so as well. In reviewing the current King County CPI through
February of 2017 would be 2.2%0. The current agreement ptice is $73,995.00;:the increase is $1,641.00
taking fhe fotal agreement to $75,636.00. The last agreement extension included 5ales fax of 9.5%, this
would take.the total agreerrient to $82,821.42 with quarterly paymenfs of$20,705 36:
