Sections 1-04.4 and 1-04.5 of the 2010 Standard Specifications shall govern the issuance of this Change Order. The work of
this contract is herein modified to include the change detailed below. Additional quantities for existing and new items shall
constitute the complete and final settlement for all costs of labor,material,equipment,overhead,profit,permit fees,damages
(whether direct or indirect),and all other claims by the contractor as a result of this change.
The time for completion is not changed by this Change Order;
0 working days are hereby added to the contract.

Reason for Change:
Currently,the dewatering wells from the west side of the tracks are dewatering to the pond at the
southwest of the project and the east wells are dewatering to a City of Renton storm drain north of the
project. The City has requested that all of the wells on both the east and on the west dewater to the
storm drain to the north of the project.
Description:
This will require the installation of additional 12"HDPE dewatering pipe and the reconfiguration of
the piping for the west pumps. The 12"HDPE pipe will be buried as it crosses the temporary BNSF
access road and the permanent road grade for 27th Ave. The pipe crossing under 27th will remain in
place permanently. Valves are to be installed such that water can be pumped either to the north or to
the south. The original pipe running to the southeast of the project may be removed and used for this
change. All work associated with this change will be paid in accordance with 1-09.6 Force Account.
Add the Following New Items to Contract CAG 11-133:
New Item SA-155 Buried Crossing and Revised Dewatering Discharge Piping
By Force Account @ $36,606.02
New Item SA-156 12 In.HDPE Pipe
120 LF @$12.00 per LF $1,440.00
