Sections 1-04.4 and 1-04.5 of the 2010 Standard Specifications shall govern the issuance of this Change Order. The work of
this contract is herein modified to include the change detailed below. Additional quantities for existing and new items shall
constitute the complete and final settlement for all costs of labor,material,equipment,overhead,profit,permit fees,damages
(whether direct or indirect),and all other claims by the contractor as a result of this change.
The time for completion is changed by this Change Order;
49 working days are hereby added to the contract.

Reason for Change:
Working days specified in the original contract were 435 days. Working days added to the contract by
previous change orders are 36. Change orders 1,2,3 and 6 were written for added cost but working
days was not addressed at that time.The work on the four change orders was on the critical path or
added to the critical path.The total added non compensable working days for these four change orders
are 29 days.Other elements of work were added to the critical path or quantities overran on critical
path work which extended the duration.Therefore a total of 49 working days is added to the contract.

dewatering system was shut down for over a month to
