THE CONTRACT IS MODIFIED AS FOLLOWS:
WORK TO INCLUDE
Background
Due to utility conflicts,luminaires 33 and 35 could not be installed per plan. Therefore,in order to maintain lighting levels,
lighting scones were added to the area.
Description of Change
Per Field Work Directive 60,additional sconce lighting will be added to the trestle per the attached markup up plan sheet 233
L
(see page 3 of 3 of this change order). Connect the scones using rigid conduit to existing illumination J-Boxes in the area.
Using appropriate fastening hardware,mount the sconces on the east side 10.0'above proposed sidewalk grade,and 15.0'
above the proposed sidewalk grade on the west side.
Material
Additional rigid conduit shall conform to Section 8-20.3(5)and Section 2-29.1 of the Contract.
Additional sconces shall be XPWS3 LED Wall Sconces. Sconces shall have a neutral white color temperature,with UE voltage,
and black finish. Three(3)sconces shall be forward throw with a drive current of 450mA. One(1)sconce shall be wide throw
with a drive current of 350mA.
Specification
No specifications were revised as a result of this Change Order.
