THE CONTRACT IS MODIFIED AS FOLLOWS:
WORK TO INCLUDE
Background
Since the time of bid,the City of Renton Police Department and King County Police Officers Guild have increased the hourly
rates for uniformed police officers. Additionally,the King County Police Office Guild is seeking compensation for vehicles used
in conjunction with a King County Uniformed Police Officer. Therefore,new bid items A 248 and A249 will be created to
reflect the rate adjustments of bid times A15 and A215 and a new bid item,A251,will be created to track and compensate the
contractor for the King County Sherriff vehicle charge.
Description of Change
Section 1-10.3(1)shall be revised to include the following hourly rate changes
• The City shall pay$62.94 per hour for actual time worked by City of Renton off-duty police officer.This revised rate
shall take effect on April 1,2013.
• The City shall pay$71.94 per hour for actual time worked by the King County off-duty police officer.
• The City shall pay$8.65 per hour for the use of a Sheriffs Patrol Vehicle as documented by a King County Sheriff's
Office invoice.
Material
No new materials will be incorporated into the project via this Change.
