ADDENDUM NO. 1

To: ALL PLAN HOLDERS AND/OR PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS
The following changes, additions, and/or deletions are hereby made a part of the project bid documents
for the Downtown Utility Improvements Project and shall have the same effect as if set forth therein.
Bidders shall acknowledge receipt and acceptance of this Addendum No. 1 by signing in the space
provided below and submitting the signed addendum with the bid package. Failure to acknowledge
receipt of this Addendum may result in your bid proposal being disqualified.

1. DWG NO. E401 (sheet 33 of 73):
The following note is supplemented as follows:
REMOVE EXISTING MCC
TELEMETRY PANEL DOOR
AND REPLACE WITH A
BLANK DOOR.
MCC MANUFACTURER IS SIEMENS

Optional Site Visit
3. There will be an optional site "tour" on September 5'" starting at the Talbot Crest LS at 9:OOAM.
These sites are generally open to visit and the plans contain photos of pertinent interior items. This
"tour" will be to provide the opportunity for operation staff to open up doors for additional inspection.
The "tour" will leave Talbot Crest LS at approximately 9:20 AM. The next location of the LS will be
discussed onsite. Late parties may not be accommodated. Based upon interest, not all stations may
be visited.

Reminder, as part of your bid, please submit all documents marked in the "Contract Document Table of
Contents" as "Submit with Bid" along with copies of the signed addendums. The forms included in these
bid documents must be used, no substitutes will be accepted.
This Addendum consists of two (2) page and has no attachments.
ALL OTHER REQUIREMENTS OF THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS REMAIN IN EFFECT
