OF CC3NTRACT CAG-17-207
7HlS AMENDMENT,dated December 19, 2017,is by�nd between the City afRenton jthe"City"),
a Washington municipal corparation, and Blue Marine, LLC{"Contractor"), a private company.
The City and the Contractor are referred to coilectively"in this Amendment as the "Parties."Once
fu(ly executed by the Parties, this Amendment is effective as of the last date signed by both
parties.
Whereas,the City�ngaged the services of the Contractor under A�reement CAG-17-207, dated
November 7, 2017,to prouide necessary services for the s#riping of the traffic ar�d paricing areas
at Coulon Park(referred to herein as the "Agre�ment");
1Nhereas,the Pa'rties wish to amend the Agreement to change the time for performance in order
to give more time for suitable weather conditions,
N(3W THEREFORE, It is mutuaily agreed upon tha#CAG-17-207 is amended as follows:
1. Tirne af Performance:Section 4,Time of Performance, is amended pursuant to the following:
"The Term of this Agreement shal!end at the earlier of(1}completion of the Scope of Services which
completion shall accur na laterthan 150 days from#he Effective Date."
2. All terms of the Agreement not explicitly modified herein shall remain in full force and effect
and such terms shall apply to Work performed according to this Amendment as if fully set
farth herein.
IN WITNE5S WHEREOF,the Parties have voluntarify entered into this Agreement as of the date
last signed by the Parties below.
