After review it has been determined that your request for a hearing was submitted outside of
the fifteen-day window allowed per RMC 1-3-2.H. This Finding of Violation is dated December
6, 2017. Your request for a hearing had to be submitted to the Renton City Clerk's office no
later than December 21, 2017. You submitted the request on December 22, 2017. Therefore,
your request for a hearing on this matter is denied. Additionally, the $100.00 fee owed is due
immediately per RMC 1-3-2.K.
