Annual Maintenance Renewal of Lawbase
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Attached for your review is Amendment No. 5 to CAG-10-110 with Synaptec
Software, Inc. This Amendment authorizes payment of invoice numbers 5784 and
5797, in the amount of $3,100.00 ($940.00 and $2,160.00) for the annual
maintenance renewal of Lawbase. Renewal dates are 01/01/24 -12/31/24.
The City Attorney Prosecutor's office and the Courts use this software as a case
management system to prepare and manage prosecution cases.
This is an off-the-shelf purchase and does not require Legal approval.
