Basis for Covenant: This covenant to annex is given as a condition to being permitted to hook up to sewer and/or water service from the City of Renton to serve the premises. 2. Parties Bound: This agreement and the covenant to annex shall be binding on the owner and all persons subsequently acquiring any right, title or interest in or to said property referred to as the premises, and shall be a covenant running with the land. 3.
