HomeMy WebLinkAboutCivic Access RRP Renewal TipsheetRENEWAL FOR RENTAL REGISTRATION PROGRAM ONLINE Renewal for Rental Registration Program Online Updated: 1/16/2024 The City of Renton will be utilizing permitting.rentonwa.gov for Rental Registration Program applications and annual renewal. Login to the Civic Access Self-Service Portal: Navigate to the online permit webpage: https://permitting.rentonwa.gov In the upper right-hand corner of the screen, use the drop-down arrow to Log In. From the Home Screen: Click on My Dashboard from the top menu bar Scroll down to “My Licenses” and click “Renew”. Step 1: Type No additional information is needed on this page. Select “Next” to continue to the next step. Step 2: More Info It is required to enter the number of units. Step 3: Attachments A completed Declaration of Compliance Checklist must be attached to the application. Choose “Checklist” as the file type and attach a .PDF file type by clicking the “+” under Add Attachment. Upload your completed checklist. Step 4: Review and Submit Your application information will appear on the review and submit page. Go back if any information needs to be corrected or click Submit if complete.
