NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Renton City Council has fixed the 5th day of February 2024, at 7:00 p.m. as
the date and time for a public hearing to be held in the seventh floor Council Chambers of Renton City Hall,
1055 S. Grady Way, Renton, 98057, to consider the following:
Surplus sale of real property located at 15908 SE 175th St, Renton, WA 98058. King County Parcel
number 2473410770.
Additionally, this meeting is also being offered as a virtual meeting by the Renton City Council on February 5,
2024, at 7 p.m. by means of a Zoom video-conference web application. For those wishing to attend by Zoom,

to Judith Subia, Council Liaison, at jsubia@rentonwa.gov or by calling 425-430-6575 by 5 p.m. on Monday,
February 5, 2024, so that the meeting information can be provided to you prior to the start of the meeting.
Alternatively, written comments on this topic can be submitted to cityclerk@rentonwa.gov by 5:00 p.m. on
June 6, 2022.
