This Amendment No. 2 ("Amendment') to the Institutional Network Services Contract No.
02COR04 is between King County, Washington ("County"), whose principal office is
located at 401 Fifth Avenue, Suite #600, Seattle, WA 98104, and City of Renton located at
1055 S. Grady Way, Renton, WA 98055
WHEREAS, County and Customer desire to modify the underlying Agreement to
extend the Agreement thro gh D ,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recital and the mutual
covenants contained herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the
receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree to the
foregoing as follows:
1. Section 5. Term of Contract is DELETED in its entirety and REPLACED with the
following:
"This Contract is extended until 1 , 2010, effective upon execution by
both Parties to allow additional time for the Customer to finalize all internal
approvals for future services, unless either Party notifies the other in writing to
terminate this Contract as set forth in the termination provisions herein."
2. NO OTHER AMENDMENTS. Except as provided herein, the Agreement shall
remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
