ADDENDUM#14-09
AMENDMENT TO THE LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT
BETWEEN CANSER CORPS AND TUE CITY OF RENTON,WASHINGTON
This amendment is entered into between the City of Renton(City)and Canber Corps and amends and attaches to and is part of the
existing Agreement entered into previously between the parties on-September 10,2004.(Reference:CAG#04-117).Addendum#1-04
was signedSeptcmber 29,2004,Addendum#2-05 was signed on July 11,2005 and Addendum#3-07 was signed on January 23,2007
and on file with the City Clerk.
The parties agree to the following atnendments:
Amendment 7: Article 1.Scope 9."pi vices:
In reference to the Scope of Services and the Request for Proposals, Section 8-E, Cost per Task and Section 10, Maintenar=
Schedules the following additions will take effect upon signing below:
A. Site 35—SR 169 Park Frontage-add new landscaping area maintenance to the newly reconstructed SR 169 and Cedar River
Park intersection(boulevard,south sidewalk and park entrance).
Amendment 8: Article S.Contract Suet:
The Original Contract Sum on September 10,2004 was$77,732.43.With Addendum#1, the Contract Sum on September 29,2004
was'$90;525.95.With Addendum Q,the Contraet'Sum on July 11,2005 was$9$,05833_With Addendum 93 on January 23,2007 the
Contract Sum was 107;556.67_The Contract Sum.incorporating this addendum shall increase byU,7"a'8.10 and be, as amended,an
amount not to exceed$116,274.97 per year,including sales tax and based upon available funding in any given year.
In all other respect;,, the Scope of Services, Changes in Scope of Services, Time of Performance, Method of-Payment, Prevailing
Wages,Warranty,Independent Contractor, Discrimination Prohibited,A,*signment and Subcontract,Record Keeping and Reporting,
Hold Harmless,Termination,Renton Business Licerise,Insurance,Exhibits to Agreements shall-retrain the,same as agreed to in the
Landscaping Maintenance'Service Agreement,
