Home My WebLink AboutAdden 2 IG-05-117 Adden #2-05 1rr+ ADDENDUM#2 AMENDMENT TO THE LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN CANBER CORPS AND THE CITY OF RENTON,WASHINGTON This amendment is entered into between the City of Renton (City) and Canber Corps and amends and attaches to and is part of the existing Agreement entered into previously between the parties on September 10,2004. (Reference: CAG#04-117).Addendum#1-04 was signed September 29, 2004 and is attached herein as reference. Discretionary Work Request Form was signed February 10,2005 and is attached herein as reference. The parties agree to the following amendments: Amendment 3:Article 1,Scone of Services: In reference to the Scope of Services and the Request for Proposals, Section 8-E, Cost per Task and Section 10, Maintenance Schedules the following additions will take effect upon signing below: A. Site 12 — Maple Valley Berm. Add mowing, trimming & litter removal one (1) time in March, April, May, June and November. Eliminate one (1) Trim/edge in August; Add one(1)Trim/edge in September. Annual cost increase= $1,414.00 (January—December),state sales tax included. B. Site 12—Maple Valley Berm. Reduce the Cost per Task for Litter Removal in November from$25.00 to$12.50(Section 8- E,Page 32).Annual decrease of$12.50. C. Site 27 — Edlund Farm — Farm House/Barn Area. Add mowing and trimming two (2) times per month, March through November(18 visits per year);add litter removal two(2)times per month March,May,July, September,and November;add litter removal one(1)time per month April,June,August and October.Annual cost increase=$2,241.28(includes state sales tax). Amendment 4:Article 5,Contract Sum: The Original Contract Sum on September 10, 2004 was $77,732.43. With Amendment #1 and Discretionary Work Order Request Form, the Contract Sum on February 10, 2005 was $94,415.55. The Contract Sum, incorporating this amendment shall increase by $3,642.78 and be, as amended, an amount not to exceed$98,058.33 per year, including sales tax and based upon available funding in any given year. In all other respects, the Scope of Services, Changes in Scope of Services, Time of Performance, Method of Payment, Prevailing Wages, Warranty, Independent Contractor, Discrimination Prohibited, Assignment and Subcontract, Record Keeping and Reporting, Hold Harmless, Termination, Renton Business License, Insurance, Exhibits to Agreements and of both parties shall remain the same as agreed to in the Landscaping Maintenance Service Agreement.
