LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT
BETWEEN CANBER CORPS AND THE CITY OF RENTON,WASHINGTON
This amendment is entered into between the City of Renton (City) and Canber Corps and amends and attaches to and is
part of the existing Agreement entered into previously between the parties on September 10,2004. (Reference: CAG #04-
117).
The parties agree to the following amendments:
Amendment 1:Article 1 Scone of Services and Article 17,Exhibit to the Agreement
In reference to the Request for Proposals dated April 19, 2004 as the Exhibit to the Agreement, the following changes
shall be in effect upon signing below:
A. Delete and discontinue landscape maintenance of Site 9, the Renton Airport Berm, 616 W. Perimeter Road and
North Airport Way including the entryway(-$2,584.00, includes tax).
B. Add Site 25, Fire Station 13 at 17040 — S.E. 108 Avenue maintained according to the attached Frequency
Schedule and Cost per Task($2,365.04, includes tax).
C. Add Site 26, Fire Station 15 at 1404—N. 30 Street maintained according to the attached Frequency Schedule and
Cost per Task($652.80, includes tax).
D. Add Site 27, the Edlund Farm at 17611 — S.E. 103 Avenue maintained according to the attached Frequency
Schedule and Cost per Task($2,992.00, includes tax)
E. Add Site 28,Public Works Shops at 3555 N.E.2 Street maintained according to the attached Frequency Schedule
and Cost per Task($9,367.68, includes tax).
Amendment 2:Article 5,Contract Sum:
In reference to Amendment 1 above,the Contract Sum shall increase by$15,377.52 and be,as amended,an amount not to
exceed$90,525.95 per year, including sales tax and based upon available funding in any given year.
In all other respects, the Scope of Services, Changes in Scope of Services, Time of Performance, Method of Payment,
Prevailing Wages, Warranty, Independent Contractor, Discrimination Prohibited, Assignment and Subcontract, Record
Keeping and Reporting, Hold Harmless, Termination, Renton Business License, Insurance, Exhibits to Agreements and
of both parties shall remain the same as agreed to in the Landscaping Maintenance Service Agreement.
This Agreement is entered into as of the day and year written below.
