Council concur. Construction Court Case: Reed,Alleged Court Case filed by David Wayne Reed, represented by Bruce A. Wolf, Attorney Collision with City Vehicle, for Plaintiff,vs.the City of Renton,et al, seeking special and general damages CRT-12-005 for losses allegedly caused by a collision with a City vehicle in April 2009. Finance: Utility Bill Adjustment Administrative Services Department submitted a request from River's Edge Request, River's Edge Condominiums for a utility bill adjustment due to a water leak and Condominiums recommended granting the adjustment in the amount of$6,986.75. CED: Extending Sunset Clause Community and Economic Development Department recommended approval for Multi-Family Housing to extend the sunset clause to 12/31/2015 for accepting applications for the Property Tax Exemption Multi-Family Housing Property Tax Exemption Program. CED: Extending Sunset Clause Community and Economic Development Department recommended extending for Owner-Occupied and the sunset clause to 12/31/2015 for accepting applications for the Owner- Rental Housing Incentive Occupied and Rental Housing Incentive Programs. The term expires on September 1s12014. The panel would like to recommend Lynne M.King for the position. Ms.King has a BA from the University of Washington in�ibrary Services. She is currently the Library Cataloging Specialist Instruetor and Information Services employee at Highline Community College.She has over 30 years of library services experience which include 10 years as a iibrarian for K-12 grades and has served the last 20 years at the Highline Community College Library. She is also an active member of the Washington library Association. The interview panel was impressed with how well she researched the Library Board position and her dedication to making Renton a better place to live, Her goal wauld be to iisten to the public and frnd out what they need and want in their libraries. She loves the downtown core and thinks Renton is a great place to be involved. !will contact the other two candidates and thank them for interviewing. $oth did a good job and we certainly want to keep them connected to our community through volunteerism. ff you have any questions please let me know.
