ADDENDUM #1
POLICE EVIDENCE VEHICLE STORAGE BUILDING
The Addendum forms part of the Contract Documents and modifies the original
Documents dated as:
AIA Document A101-1997, Standard Form of Agreement
Between Owner and Contractor: June 20, 2002
If in conflict with previously issued Contract Documents, this Addendum will supplement
and supercede applicable portions of the Contract Documents and shall be reflected in all
Proposals.
Modifications to Paragraph 5.2.2
REPLACE:
5.2.2. The Owner's final payment to the Contractor shall be made no less than 30 days
after the issuance of the Owner's final Certificate for Payment, or as follows:
