The property has approximately 120 feet of shoreline within the Urban Shoreline Environment of Lake Washington. The existing gazebo structure is five feet (5') within the required 25-foot shoreline buffer area. No additional encroachment of the buffer is proposed. The gazebo height would not exceed 15' above existing grade. PROJECT LOCATION: LEGAL DESCRIPTION: SEC-TWN-R: WATER BODY/WETLAND: The gazebo consists of a 16' x 40' covered area with an 8' x 14' enclosed storage area also used as changing rooms. Other permits required include building permit, electrical permit, and plumbing permit.
