The Contract is hereby amended as follows:
1)Replace one(1)rotor head(not identified on original irrigation plan) (see total below)
near northeast corner of parking lot.
2)Add rotor head and piping for an additional head(located between (see total below)
heads identified on the head layout plan between heads#146,#149 and#150
at north end of playing field.
3)Add one(1)two-inch(2")ball Isolation valve at north point of connection. (see total below)
4)Add one(1)three-inch(3")ball isolation valve to machine near head#161. (see total below)
5)Upgrade seven(7)ball isolation valve access sleeves and access boxes (see total below)
from six-inch(6")diameter sleeves with ten-inch(10")round boxes to
twelve-inch(12")diameter sleeves with twelve-inch(12")standard valve boxes.
Subtotal Add $755.05
Washington State Sales Tax at 8.8% $66.44

Contract dated October 29,2002
The following RFP originated by Edlund Associates, inc. landscape architect on behalf of the City
of Renton.
Please state the amounts to accomplish changes to the original scope of work. Installation shall

conform to details and specifications contained in the Base Contract Documents.
COP#3:

(d)Add(1)3" ball isolation valve to mainline near head#161.
(e) Upgrade(7) ball isolation valve access sleeves and access boxes from 6"diameter sleeves
With 10"round boxes to 12"diameter sleeves with 12"standard valve boxes.
