Scarify subgrade by rototiUing and add topsoil on surface. Add additional topsoil as needed to contour shrub beds including required ben:qs. 6. Provide minimum 2" depth fine blend hem~fir mulch to all planting beds. Mulch from Sawdust Supply, Kent, Washington. Fill all planting beds to within l" of top of all curbs and walks. Slope all planting beds to drain: 7. Provide one (1) year warranty for all plant materials and workmanship. 8. Verify all quantities shown on the plant list and plans. If discrepancies exist between the graphic representation and the numeric totals, the graphic representation shall rule. 9. · All plant materials to be specimen quality ~ith full, symmetrkal trunk and foliage, unless otherwise noted . Fertilize plantings with "Osmacote 17-7-12" plant granules by Scott Install by placing at grade level after planted.
